3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile details, listing text, images, and links). You grant A9ent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload and that your content is accurate and lawful.

4. Plans, Billing, and Changes

Certain features may be limited to paid plans. Prices, plan features, and limits may change over time. If paid billing is enabled, additional billing terms or processor terms may apply at checkout.

The Services may integrate with third-party providers (including Google APIs). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their availability.
